Throughout the last year or so we’ve had the pleasure of creating and sharing a series of extremely popular Lightroom Presets via the X-Equals Blog.
As this category has grown, it’s become a bit of a challenge to find and download all the presets in an easy manner … until today. We’ve now taken all our Presets and ACR profiles and packed them up into one nice and easy download.
It’s what we like to call the X-Equals Image Kit because it includes all the foundation presets we use to bang out killer black and whites, mimic some great films, and alter the mood of any image. As always, these will remain free of charge, licensed under Creative Commons – Attribution 3.0 (USA)
Below are some before-and-after images for each preset as well as links to the original posts where you can find more detailed descriptions and tips.
And for those of you who just can’t be bothered with such details … head straight down to the bottom of this post to download them all!

these presets look great! let me ask–can i use these in client images that i will then sell prints of? how would that be affected by the license? obviously, i wouldn’t be trying to sell the preset…
thanks in advance for the help!

Rik,
You can use the presets to create any images you wish and are not hindered by any restrictions to sell your images – so go crazy!

My favourite presets. This morning I went into lightroom to work on some images and found that having transferred to a new drive I had lost my user presets! I searched frantically for my x image favourite and there it was – thanks god!

Brandon, thank you for these presets. I play around with them a lot recently on my landscape photos (perhaps not what you originally thought the presets would be used for?) – the “ekta+chromeo” and the conceptual presets particularly work great on sunset pictures. I have added some photos to your flickr group.
